From December 2 to December 30, RUDN University has opened test access Orbit Chemistry module is a module developed by Questel and integrated into the Orbit Intelligence platform, designed to search for molecules in more than 75 million patent documents.
Orbit Chemistry module has an easy-to-use and adaptable interface that provides various types of molecule search: by entered name, by the contents of an imported .mol file, by a drawing of the structure. The module recognizes all chemical synonyms of elements and helps to quickly find where the molecule of interest is mentioned in the patent family. |

Orbit Chemistry module is also able to convert names into editable structures.
The resource will be useful for intellectual property specialists in the field of organic chemistry, pharmaceuticals and biological sciences.
When you log in to the site, you will see a window with the input field "Sub account (optional)", without entering data, click the "Login" button. After that, you will be automatically redirected to the resource.
Before starting to work in the Orbit Chemistry module in the Advanced Search mode, in the search field selection menu (Manage fields), you must make the Molecules position active.
Guide to searching and analyzing molecules is available at the link. |
