Federal state information system created by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation with the participation of major libraries, museums, archives, publishers and other copyright holders.

Access to electronic library collections. Any user can view the catalog of publications and read for free works that have become public domain in Russia.

A registered user gets the opportunity to use the expanded functionality of the portal - make bookmarks and notes on works, save quotes, search queries and other functions that make the process of working with the NEB portal more comfortable.
